There is an Eclipse of the Sun on the 14th December, 2001, in Astrological Sagittarius, at 20h 52m GMT. It's not visible from Britain, but can be seen as a partial eclipse from parts of North America. Those lucky enough to be in Southern Nicaragua or Northern Costa Rica will be able to see the beautiful ring effect of the Annular Eclipse just before the Sun sets. This phenomenon happens because the apparent disk of the Moon doesn't quite block out the whole Sun. For this reason, it is not safe to view this without the correct kind of protection.
Astrologically and magickally, the Solar ring symbolises truth, eternity and oaths. The Eclipse in Sagittarius may be to do with honesty being blocked for a while, so beware of this and for those to whom it's relevant, be very aware that if you break any kind of law, be it civil, moral or karmic, it will be uncovered eventually!

CAPRICORN: There may be all kinds of doubt in your mind today and you are likely to brood on it. Try not to think about it now, everything will be clearer in a couple of days.
CANCER: What you do for someone else today may be unnoticed or treated with ingratitude. Someone doing you a favour may have an ulterior motive
AQUARIUS: Beware of false allegiance today. Don't say you're going to do something for someone, without giving yourself time to check them out. Don't expect that what someone says they'll do is going to happen. Believe it when you see it
LEO: What you create today may have uncannily magickal powers - on the other hand, it may all fall apart!
PISCES: A job or business deal may not materialise after all. It was probably not all is was cracked up to be anyway.
